DALLAS – Conference USA placed 51 student-athletes on the 2026 College Sports Communicators’ Academic All-District Softball Teams, announced by the organization Tuesday.
Eight schools tied for a league-high five honorees, including Delaware, FIU, Jax State, Kennesaw State, Liberty, LA Tech, Missouri State and UTEP. MTSU and WKU each earned four spots on the list, and a trio of student-athletes from NM State also garnered academic all-district recognition.
Among the selections, six were selected as CSC Academic All-America finalists and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced June 16, 2026.
The group advancing to the national ballot includes FIU’s Kally Meredith, Jax State’s Emma Elrod and Morgan Nowakowski, Kennesaw State’s Macie Howes, and WKU’s Jenna Blanton and Erica Houge.
